Aimbros Creations (PVT) LTD is a software house established in 2013, specializing in custom software solutions across various industries. They offer services in digital marketing, business consultancy, web and mobile application development, and brand building, focusing on personalized IT solutions for business growth.
Introduction:
Capitalized terms, unless otherwise defined, have the meanings specified in the Definitions section below. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, any mobile license agreements, and other guidelines posted on our Website, collectively referred to as “Legal Terms,” constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Aimbros Creations. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings regarding our Website and its subject matter. Aimbros Creations reserves the right to amend these Legal Terms at any time without prior notice to you
Definition:
The terms “us,” “we,” or “our” refer to Aimbros Creations, the owner of the Website.
A “Visitor” is an individual who browses our Website but has not registered as a Member.
A “Member” is someone who has registered with us to access and use our Service.
Our “Service” encompasses the various functionalities and features provided through our Website to our Members.
A “User ” is a collective term that refers to either a Visitor or a Member.
All text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data available on our Website are collectively referred to as our “Content.”

Your use of such websites is at your own risk.
Legal Compliance:
You agree to adhere to all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations in connection with your use of our Website. Aimbros Creations reserves the right to investigate any complaints or reported violations of our Legal Terms and to take any actions we deem necessary, which may include, but are not limited to, canceling your Member account. We may also report any suspected unlawful activities to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other relevant third parties. In such cases, we may disclose any information deemed necessary or appropriate, including your profile details, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information, as permitted under our Privacy Policy.
Other Terms and Conditions:
Amounts specified in the estimation do not include GST (Goods & Services Tax) or any other applicable taxes.
All payments made are considered non-refundable.
Any work or tasks not explicitly mentioned in the estimation will incur additional charges on an hourly basis. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks such as creating email accounts, uploading files, updating images or content, adding new products, creating video tutorials, and technical documentation.
Additional fees will apply for documents or files such as database structures, raw files (e.g., PSD, HTML), and user flow diagrams.
Payment is expected by the due date specified on each invoice. If no due date is indicated, it will be considered immediate. If an invoice remains overdue for more than 10 days, Aimbros Creations reserves the right to cease work without further notice or impose a penalty.
If Aimbros Creations does not receive the final payment within 30 days of project completion, or if there is no client response for 30 days, we reserve the right to sell the completed work to a third party to recover expenses, even if bound by an NDA.
Should the client choose to cancel the project at any time, they will be liable for payment for hours worked or completed tasks, which will be invoiced accordingly.
An advance fee, as agreed upon, is required before work commences. Clients should only pay this advance if they accept our Terms and Conditions.
Hours will be billed for time spent on coding, documentation, guideline study or review, meetings, phone calls, tasks, chats, etc.
If any third-party tools, extensions, plugins, or applications are required and are paid versions, the client will be responsible for purchasing the licenses, which will then be provided to us for implementation. Such instances may not be identifiable at the time of estimation.
If no response is received for 30 days regarding payment, approval, or tasks, we reserve the right to close the project without any refund.
One page is defined as having a height of 1200 pixels. If this height is exceeded, it will be considered as two pages.
Our charges cover only our services and do not include costs for any paid tools or additional services
If an understanding of the code is required, additional charges will apply.
The images used on the site will be dummy stock images. We recommend that clients purchase these images to hold the copyright for their use. Our quote does not include the cost of these images.
Clients should check the "time and expense" tab daily for time logs. Any concerns should be raised immediately regarding tasks.
When purchasing any of our packages, please note that unused hours will not roll over to the next month.
No project documentation is included unless explicitly stated in the estimation. Deliverables include only wireframes, UI designs, HTML files, and databases if specified.
Once the software, website, or mobile app is delivered, we are not responsible for backups.
Our software does not support any version of Internet Explorer (IE).
Cancellation Policy:
Aimbros Creations adheres to a transparent and straightforward cancellation policy. Below are the terms of this policy:

Cancellation Rights:
Clients have the right to cancel their project at any time during the development process.
02.
Notification
To initiate a cancellation, clients must provide written notice to Aimbros Creations. This can be done via email or through the designated communication channels.
03.
Payment Obligations:
Upon cancellation, clients will remain liable for payment for all hours worked and tasks completed up to the point of cancellation. An invoice will be issued reflecting these charges.
04.
Refund Policy
All payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Clients will be invoiced for any outstanding amounts based on the work completed.
05.
Final Deliverables:
If applicable, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered to the client, provided that payment obligations are met.
06.
Project Closure:
Once a project is canceled, Aimbros Creations will cease all work immediately and will not be responsible for any further development or support.
07.
No Further Communication:
After cancellation, Aimbros Creations is not obligated to provide updates or communicate regarding the project unless specifically requested by the client.
08.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
By engaging with Aimbros Creations, clients acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
